Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a final dismissal of a civil complaint in a tort case. Because we find the complaint minimally states a cause of action we reverse the order and remand for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

DAUKSCH, COBB and DANIEL, JJ., concur.
