OPINION — AG — TITLE 37 O.S. 1971 534 [37-534](C), PROHIBITS A RETAIL PACKAGE STORE FROM BEING LOCATED ON THE SAME CITY OR TOWN BLOCK WHERE A SCHOOL OR CHURCH IS LOCATED.
