GENERIC SUBSTITUTES **** A PHARMACIST MAY MAKE A GENERIC SUBSTITUTION EITHER WITH THE CONSENT OF THE PRESCRIBER OR THE PURCHASER. HOWEVER, FOR THE ACTUAL ENTITY TO BE CHANGED IT WOULD REQUIRE A NEW PRESCRIPTION.
