OPINION — AG — THE ONLY EFFECT OF SAID SECTION IS TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THE FACT A PERSON MAY BE A "CAR DEALER" WILL NOT PREVENT HIM FROM BEING LICENSED UNDER THE LAWS OF THIS STATE, IF HE IS OTHERWISE QUALIFIED, AS AN INSURANCE AGENT IN OKLAHOMA.
