Order granting plaintiff’s motion for examination before trial unanimously modified by denying item 4, and by limiting ítem 1 to the refrigerator referred to in the complaint, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. Appeal from order denying motion for reargument dismissed. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice. Present — Martin, P.
