Opinion
For the reasons fully set forth in the companion suit, Edwards v. Walker, La.App., 97 So.2d 665, the District Court’s-judgment is reversed and there is judgment in favor of defendants, dismissing petitioner’s demand. All costs are to be paid by petitioner.
Judgment reversed.
