Opinion

Order reversed on the law, without costs, and application granted, without costs. The findings of fact are affirmed. The signing by another person of the name of the witness to the designating petition is not a compliance with section 135 of the Election Law. Wenzel, Acting P. J., Beldoek, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
