1 Appellant’s brief originally was due August 11, 2022, but acting pro se, he secured several motions for extension of time in which to file his brief. The most recent of those extensions imposed a deadline of October 12, 2022 for the brief to be filed. 2 Appellant stated in his motion that his brief was due on or about November 12, 2022. Therefore, he requested a ninety-day extension until February 10, 2023. However, given that his brief was due October 12, 2022, a ninety-day extension would make the brief due on January 10, 2023.
