CORRECTED OPINION

PER CURIAM.

We grant petitioner’s petition for writ of habeas corpus. He is being detained without bond, by order of the court, until the completion of a psychological evaluation. The respondent has provided us with no reason for properly detaining petitioner further under this order, and we accordingly grant the petition and order his immediate release.
