After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

PER CURIAM.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. Ex parte State of Alabama (Okafor v. State), 225 [103] So.3d 93 (Ala. 2016). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of September 16, 2016, the summary judgment entered in favor of the State of Alabama by the Madison Circuit Court is hereby affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
