Order granting plaintiff’s motion to direct defendants to appear and have their depositions taken as adverse parties affirmed, in so far as an appeal is taken therefrom, with ten dollars costs and disbursements; examination to proceed on five days’ notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
