Opinion

This court finds that the record presents practically only questions of fact; that there is no finding of facts and no completed bill of exceptions in the printed record; and even if this court should desire to review the evidence and pass upon the questions and propositions argued, it would be unable to do so because of the condition of the record. The judgment of the circuit court is, therefore, affirmed.

Spear, Johnson and O’Hara, JJ., concur.
