Opinion
Mr. Hugh Rutledge on Behalf of the Defendants moved for Leave to interpose an Appeal from the decretal Order made and pronounced in this Cause to his Majesty in his privy Council and which was admitted. He then proposed Charles Elliott and Thomas Ferguson Esquires as Sureties for the Defendants to prosecute said Appeal and who were approved of by the Court.
