Order modified by striking out the ordering paragraph thereof and by inserting in place thereof the following: “Ordered that the actions be tried together without consolidation as provided in Sec. 96-a, C.P.A.” and as modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party. All concur. (The order denies a motion to consolidate two actions brought by passengers in automobiles involved in an automobile collision.) Present — Taylor, P.
