Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Attorney General Counsel for the Parties, for Confirming the Decree of this Court in this Cause made the 28th day of April last, The said Decree drawn up in form was now read, And it is thereupon Ordered, That the said Decree, which was now Signed by his Excellency and the Honorable Members of Council present, and under the great Seal of the Province be Confirmed etc. made absolute.
