This Cause coming on to be heard this day before this Court and the Matter upon the Complainant’s Bill and the joint and several Answers put in to the same by the Defendants Parties to the Said Bill and Creditors of Alexander Skene Esq. being opened, and the same being fully Debated by Counsel learned, The Court having heard all that could be alledged on all Sides Deferred the Same to Friday the 17 th of this Instant April for further Consideration.
