Opinion

Order denying plaintiff’s motion for an injunction pendente lite affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. We are of opinion that the issues should be disposed of at trial. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Kapper, Seudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
