Opinion
The right to file a petition in error, upon
leave granted, to reverse a judgmeut of the district court, is a cause of proceeding, and is saved by section 79 Revised Statutes, notwithstanding the act to revise and consolidate the statutes relating to circuit and other courts, passed February 7, 1885. Lafferty v. Shinn, 38 Ohio St. 49 ; Bode v. Welch, 29 Ohio St. 19, 22.
