Opinion

PER CURIAM.

11 Considering the unique facts of this case, we find the district court abused its discretion in denying relator’s motion for continuance. Accordingly, the writ is granted, the judgment of the district court is reversed, and the case is remanded to the district court, which is instructed to grant relator’s motion for continuance.

KNOLL, J., would deny.
