Appeal by State Board of Parole, etc., from an order of the Ulster County Special Term of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany county, denying motion to dismiss proceeding. Order unanimously affirmed, with twenty-five dollars costs and disbursements to respondent Edward J. O’Connor. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffeman and Foster, JJ.
