Opinion

In an action to restrain the use of union funds for the defense of certain officers and a member thereof indicted for the crimes of extortion, coercion and conspiracy, and for other relief, the appeal is from an order granting respondents’ motion for an injunction pendente lite and denying appellants’ motion to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Adel, Schmidt, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
