—Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Keniry, J.), entered December 13, 1993 in Schenectady County, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment and made a declaration in its favor.

Order affirmed, upon the opinion of Justice William H. Keniry.
