Opinion

¡JANVIER, Judge.

This suit was consolidated for trial with Occhipinti v. Boston Insurance Company, 72 So.2d 326. For the reasons given in that case, the judgment appealed from is amended by the elimination of the amount of the penalty awarded and attorneys’ fees; in all other respects the judgment appealed from is affirmed, appellees to pay costs of appeal, all other costs to be paid by appellant.

Amended and affirmed.
