ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the Appellee’s concession of error, the “Judgment Withholding Adjudication of Dependency” and “Disposition Order” on appeal are reversed and this cause is remanded to the trial court with instructions to vacate said orders.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
