[1] Appellant was convicted for the offense of, Murder, in the 405TH Criminal District Court of Galveston County, Texas, in

cause No. 13-CR-1311.

[2] The First Court Of Appeals, affirmed the trial court's judge ment on November 10Th,2015.

[3] Appellant is now seeking permission from this Honorable Coutt Of Criminal Appeals for a sixty[60] day extension to properly pre pare his Petition For Discretionary Review, which will result in deadline being around about the 8Th day of February, 2016.
