Opinion

On September 13,1968, the court entered an order holding plaintiff entitled to recover and entering judgment on the claims set forth in Part I (paragraphs 5-7) and in Part II (paragraphs 8-10) of the petition. Otherwise the petition was dismissed. On October 22, 1969, the court entered judgment for plaintiff for $35,376.84, plus statutory interest as provided by law.
