In an action by a tenant to recover money deposited with the landlord as security under a lease, the appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint on the merits after trial by the court -without a jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Beldock, Acting P. J., Murphy, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ. [3 Misc 2d 768.]
