PER CURIAM.

Upon stipulation of the parties, the final order under review is reversed and the cause is remanded to the trial court for reconsideration of this matter based on the legal principles announced in the recent and controlling authority of Young v. Altenhaus, 472 So.2d 1152 (Fla.1985).

Reversed and remanded.
