Cl. 765, 345 F. 2d 544, together with findings of fact, holding that plaintiff was entitled to recover, with the amount of recovery reserved for further proceedings. On October 29, 1965, the court adopted the recommendation of the trial commissioner and entered judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $25,860.15, representing $7,043.63 for the year 1954 and $18,816.52 for the year 1955, together with interest as provided by law.
