Opinion

In a proceeding to validate petitions designating petitioner as a candidate in the election to be held on May 6, 1975 for the public office of member of C immunity School Board District No. 13, City of New York, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered April 30, 1975, which declared said designating petitions invalid. Judgment affirmed, -without costs. No opinion. Rabin, Acting P. J., Hopkins, Martuscello, Latham and Brennan, JJ., concur.
