Although counsel for Appellee’s summation at trial contained improper arguments, we find these to be harmless. See § 59.041, Fla. Stat. (1999); Decks, Inc. v. Nunez, 299 So.2d 165 (Fla. 2d DCA 1974).
Affirmed.
