Order unanimously modified by granting items 1-a and 7 of the defendant’s notice of motion for a bill of particulars, and by denying item 4 which relates to general, not special damages, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The bill of particulars need not be served until plaintiff has completed its examination before trial. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Glennon, Untermyer and Dore, JJ.; Untermyer, J., takes no part.
