Opinion

BLUE, Chief Judge.

The petition for writ of certiorari was untimely filed and therefore is dismissed. The circuit court’s opinion was rendered on the date that it was filed in the clerk’s office. That date, February 21, 2002, is clearly reflected on the face of the opinion, as shown in the circuit court clerk’s office time and date stamp and signed by R. Ritch, Deputy Clerk. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.020(h).

Dismissed.

DAVIS and KELLY, JJ., Concur.
