The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 20th day of March 2006 by Plaintiff for extension of time to file Petition for Discretionary Review Prior to Determination by the Court of Appeals:

"Motion Allowed. Plaintiff (News and Observer) shall have up to and including the 22nd day of March 2006 to file and serve his/her petition with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 22nd day of March 2006."
