Opinion

Order denying application for an order setting aside the election to county committee for the Democratic party for the forty-first election district of the second Assembly district of the county of Queens, and for an order directing the striking out of the designating petitions of the individual respondents and the holding of a new election, affirmed. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Davis, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
