Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the judgments and sentences appealed from except the judgment of conviction for Count IV in Case No. 88-4420, which we reverse for lack of evidence. Reversal of this count does not affect the sentences for the remaining counts.

AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part.
