Opinion

In an action, to foreclose a mortgage on real property, the mortgagor contends that the conduct of the mortgagee was such as to move a court of equity to excuse the mortgagor from the effects of her default in the payment of interest. Judgment of foreclosure and sale unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ. [See post, p. 1072.]
