Order denying motion of defendant-appellant for instructions how to proceed in two separate proceedings and in an action pending in the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Manhattan, Third District, prior to the appointment of the receiver, and for an order fixing attorney’s lien in said proceedings, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements.
