Opinion

Order granting motion to dismiss complaint reversed upon the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, on the ground that the complaint states facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action under the provisions of section 501 of the Real Property Law. Defendants may answer within ten days from service of a copy of the order herein upon payment of such costs. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Kapper, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
