Order modified so as to grant full exemption and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. On this record it clearly appears that the exclusive use of the premises was in furtherance of the missionary purposes of the relator. Concur — Breitel, J. P., Botein and Rabin, JJ.; Frank and Yalente, JJ., dissent and vote to affirm. Settle order on notice.
