On July 10, Genesis Home Health Services, Inc., and Genesis Hospice LLC, filed its 27 || Motion to Dismiss. (ECF 130); 28 2. Defendants’ deadline to respond to the Motion to Dismiss is July 24, 2020;

1 3. The Parties stipulate and agree that the Plaintiffs shall have until August 14, 2020 to 2 || file their opposition; and 3 4. This is the first request for an extension of time to respond to Genesis’ Motion to 4 || Dismiss. 5 In view of the foregoing, good cause supports this stipulated Motion.
