In an action for a separation, order granting plaintiff’s motion for counsel' fees, and denying defendant’s cross motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it fails to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
