In an action on a lease, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 23, 1976, which, inter alia, denied his motion to change the place of trial of the action from Nassau County to New York County. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements, on the opinion of Mr. Justice Niehoff at Special Term. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Damiani, Rabin, Shapiro and Titone, JJ., concur.
