Opinion

Judgment reversed upon the law and the facts and a new trial granted, costs to abide the event. The plaintiff was not entitled to an injunction but was entitled to more than nominal damages. Finding numbered 23 is reversed. Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Carswell, Scudder and Davis, JJ., concur.
