The appellee having filed a motion for an order dismissing the appeal and the same having been argued, it is, upon consideration,
Ordered and adjudged that the said motion to dismiss be and the same is hereby granted and this cause is hereby dismissed upon authority of Ganzer v. Ganzer, Fla. 1956, 84 So.2d 591.
