In an action to compel the reconveyance to plaintiff of real property which he had

caused to be conveyed to defendant, on the ground that such conveyance was conditioned on the oral promise of defendant to convey the property to plaintiff on demand, judgment for defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ.
