Motion of the Special Master for compensation and reimbursement of expenses granted, and the Special Master is awarded a total of $90,755.82 for the period December 2,1999, through June 5, 2000, to be paid as follows: 40% by Nebraska, 40% by Wyoming, 3% by Colorado, 12% by the United States, and 5% by Basin Electric Power Cooperative.
