On appeal from the

JUSTICE HARRIS delivered the opinion of the Court.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Neatherlin Commercial Group, L.P. appeals a judgment of eviction signed by the trial court on April 13, 2026. The appeal was filed in this Court on July 13, 2026. By letter from the Clerk of the Court on that same date, Appellant was notified that the filing fee of $205.00 was due and a docketing statement was required to be filed with this Court on or before Thursday, July 23, 2026. The filing fee was not paid, and the docketing statement was not filed by that date.

By letter from the Clerk of this Court on July 29, 2026, Appellant was notified that the filing fee was past due and that the appeal would be dismissed if the filing fee was not paid on or before August 10, 2026. By additional letter from the Clerk of this Court on July 29, 2026, Appellant was notified that the docketing statement had not been received and if one was not filed on or before August 10, 2026, the appeal would be dismissed without further notice.

The filing fee has not been paid, and the docketing statement has not been filed. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution and the failure to follow directives from the Clerk of this Court. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b), (c).
