Kirkpatrick, C. J.

— One of the reasons assigned for the reversal of this judgment is, that the judgment is entered in [81]*81figures and not in words at length. And this is verified by the record. Therefore according to [63] the case of Cole v. Petty.1 In my opinion reverse.
