Memorandum: The only issues raised by petitioner on appeal from the order entered December 15, 1989 were decided by the order entered September 15, 1989 from which no appeal was taken. Those issues are not properly before the court. (Appeal from Order of Cayuga County Family Court, Corning, J.—Custody.) Present—Doerr, J. P., Boomer, Green, Pine and Davis, JJ.
